I'm assuming by pvc you're talking about the lighting effect of the latex clothing? If so, there's no real special trick aside from just looking at various reference on the web. There's a lot of Harley Quinn cosplay pictures out there so I just try and mimic some of the lighting effects I see to get a little more realism into the pic.
